Pastor Jeremy Motes
Principal
Our pastor wears many hats and one of them is being ACA's Principal. When Pastor Motes became pastor in 2020, he had a vision for a Christian school for our church. As a graduate of Calvary Academy, he knows firsthand the lasting impact of Christian education and understands the importance of providing students with both academic excellence and spiritual growth.
He spent a third of his academic years in the principal's office, so he has plenty of experience—though now he's on the other side of the desk! In all seriousness, Pastor Motes' background at Calvary Academy gave him a great foundation and vision for our Christian school. He graduated from Truth College at the Rock with a certificate of Theology in 2019, bringing both educational experience and theological training to his leadership role.
Pastor Motes tends to be a peacemaker, a quality that serves him well in managing both pastoral and educational responsibilities. His dual role as pastor and principal allows him to shepherd both our church family and school community with the same heart for service and commitment to Christian values. His favorite subject in school was History.
